OUR PROCESS
1. Select Your Suite from our Design Order Form > Select your quantity, printing method, and paper weight on the form. You will have the option to choose embellishments like envelope liners, extra detail cards, wax seals, ribbons, and the option to have digitally printed address printing and delivery. Don’t worry, you can add more or remove items before the invoice is paid. 2. Receive your Custom Invoice & Customization Form > Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with your tailored invoice reflecting your selected options and any optional add-ons (like wax seals, vellum wraps, or additional cards). With this email, your Customization Form will be included to collect your wording, colors, and wedding details. Need to make changes like adding embellishments, adjusting quantities, or removing items? We’ll refine your selections until everything feels just right. Then you will make your payment. Prefer to talk through your vision? We can connect via phone (if needed) to ensure every detail reflects your style. 3. The Design & Proof > With your details in hand, we’ll begin crafting a personalized digital mock-up of your suite which will be sent to your inbox within 3 business days. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions, adjust fonts, colors, and design elements, until everything feels just right and a perfect reflection of your day. Unlimited revisions are included with your package. 4. Production & Delivery > Once you’ve approved your full suite, your invitations move into production. From premium paper and elegant printing methods to hand-assembled details, every element is handled with precision. Nothing goes to print without your final approval. Production typically takes 2–5 weeks depending on upgrades and design complexity. Your suite will be beautifully packaged and delivered to your door (or your guest if that option is chosen) or available for local pickup if you're nearby.
TURNAROUND TIME
Book your semi-custom stationery at least 2 months before you need them in hand, longer if you can. This allows time for proofing, printing, and shipping. Production will begin after all proofs are approved. > Digital Printing takes approximately 2 weeks to complete after all proofs are approved by you. > Letterpress & Foil takes approximately 4 weeks to complete after all proofs are approved by you. > Additional Embellishments & Upgrades have different timelines depending on the item.
OUR STYLING GUIDE
Our STYLING GUIDE offers many customization options that include colors, fonts, magnet or sticker backings, paper choices, trims, special wording and embellishments. You know, all the Bells & Whistles you would want for your invitations. Our invitations are digitally printed on your choice of any of our Signature & Premium Paper Stocks. Embellishments, upgrades, and add-ons are available as well. Once we sit down and speak about your needs, I will build you a Custom invoice based on your needs and the options you choose.
FREE SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
SHIPPING >All stationery packages ship FREE in the United States and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, US delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days. CANCELLATIONS >Once the Designer has started the Design Process, a refund will not be given. Please make sure that you check your proof for spelling errors as well as make sure your event information is correct because once the proof is approved and sent to the printer, production can not be stopped.

All of our invitations are able to be ordered with additionals that are unique to what you need for your wedding.
