The Consultation
FIRST
We like to start by getting to know a bit about you. This consultation is usually done by email but can be completed over the phone, zoom, or in-person if you prefer. We will discuss the type of stationery you would like. During your Consultation, packages are chosen and a quote is sent to you. No design is started at this step.
The Deposit
SECOND
A deposit is required in order for your project to begin. Please purchase the DEPOSIT listing to begin your customization. The remaining balance must be made once the design is complete and before any production of your product will begin. Once the deposit is paid, a start date will be given to you.
The Design Brief
THIRD
This is where you will give me details about your event and your vision for your Invitations & Stationery. You will select all of your options beginning with your package, quantity, colors, wording & personalization info.
The Design
FOURTH
This is where you will see your Design ideas come to life. You will experience a more involved collaboration to make sure that your stationery is exactly what you imagined. Once we receive your customization info and your design has been created, your design concepts will be presented to you as a digital proof. Depending on availability, this process takes from 5-7 business days.
FIFTH
The Design Proof
Once your design is finished, you will receive your Design Proof through your Client Portal. Please take a look at your design, mark any changes (if any), and send it back. We will revise the design and make changes if needed. Once you're happy with your proofs, you will give our Designer the final approval via email. Nothing prints until we have your "go ahead!"
SIXTH
Production & Shipping
Once you approve of your design and your final payment has been received, we will begin production of your designs. Your order will not be printed until I receive your approval on the proof. Your designs will be printed on our high-quality paper. Standard printing can take 4-6 business days depending on the intricacy of your design and the accompanying assemblies. Once the printing has begun, no changes can be made at this point. You will be notified when your stationery is completed and ready to be shipped.

Your invitation is digitally printed on our 120 lb Standard Paper with the option to upgrade to one of our Signature or Premium Paper stocks. Our beautiful embellishments are available to you as well!
