We offer many different options as we design your stationery. Please take a look at our styling guide below to determine the options you would like for your invitations. These options will be included in your Design Brief that our Designer will send to you. Or you can simply tell us your vision and budget and we will put the options together based on your vision.

Just tell our Designer what you are looking for and we will create a look that is JUST FOR YOU! You can even send us a copy of a design and we'll recreate it tailored just for you. This is what our Signature & Premium Custom Design Services are all about.

That is why we call it our Signature Custom Design Service. Working with our Design Consultant is as easy as 1, 2, 3….
You will get one-on-one personal attention from our professional designer who will create a look for you. Our Designer will work with you on your layout, colors, and text to ensure that the final design is flawless. Our Designer will then send you a free digital proof of your design and request your approval on the final product before your order goes to print.

Step 1
Choose from our Signature or Premium Package. Tell us about your event. Fill out the form below. Our Design Consultant will contact you with a Design Brief to get more information about your event and stationery via email.
Step 2
Our Design Consultant will design your stationery according to your style. You will receive a digital proof of your design for your review. If any revisions need to be made, this will be completed and another digital proof will be sent to you.
Step 3
Once you give us your approval of your design through email, we will then send your design to be printed and it will be sent to you.

INVITATIONS, SAVE THE DATES, AND COORDINATING ENCLOSURES SIZES
Below are our stationery styles for invitiations, announcements, save the dates, thank you cards and their envelopes as well as coordinating enclosure cards. Some of our basic paper trims are below as well. Our trims can be applied to both flat and folded cards. If there is something particular you are wanting but don't see the size below, please let our Designer know,
PAPER CHOICES and SPECIALTY PRINTING
Here is a list of our paper choices. Our Standard paper come with every stationery option. Our Specialty Printing options offer a different look and feel for your stationery design. Our Signature Printing method comes standard with every printing option and don't include an extra charge.
INK COLORS
Here is a list of our standard ink colors. If your color isn't listed below, we can customize any ink color to match your event.
FONTS
Here is a list of our most popular fonts. Our additional font collection is too large to include. If there is a certain font you are interested in, feel free to mention it to our designer and we will see if it is available or find a font that close to similar to it.
INVITATION SUITE EXAMPLE

POCKETS, FOLDS, FRAMES, ENVELOPES, LINERS, & BELLY BANDS
Here is our line of Pockets, Folds, Frames, Envelopes, Liners, & Belly Bands. They add class, elegance, and capture the look and feel of any occasion. There are tons of colors and patterns that can be customized to our line. Envelope Tier I and II come in different paper textures and have the option of being foil lined. Envelope Tier III are usually used as the 2nd envelope option.
INVITATION
The invitation is the main piece of the set. It least all the important information for your event - the couple's names, wedding date, time, location, and any other information to follow. Check out our Wedding Invitation Wording guide for all the details.
RESPONSE CARD
This card is sent out to get a head count of your guest. Your guest will mail back their reply on this card indicating who is attending as well as their meal choices (if applicable). Blank envelopes are an option, which can be optionally printed with your return address.
For the convience of your guest, including postage on your response envelopes and pre-filling your return address is an ettiquette must.
LARGE ENCLOSURE
This card can be used for any additional information you'd like to share with your guest including preferred or registered accomodations for out of town guest, directions, or parking information. Other uses include information on transportation and shuttles, pre- or post wedding activities, or rehearsal dinner details.
SMALL ENCLOSURE
The small enclosure is most commonly used as a reception card. If your ceremony is at a different location than your reception, you will want to use the small enclosure to note the reception address and time.
BELLY BAND
The belly band is used to bundle your entire suite together. This gives your invitation suite that extra elegance. The band can be customized to any color and will be personalized to match your details.

COLORS & PATTERNS FOR POCKET FOLDS, LAYERS, LINERS, BELLY BANDS, & ENVELOPES
Below are our line of colors and patterns that can be applied to our pocket folds, layers, liners, belly bands, and envelopes tier III. All colors and patterns are available in all pockets, layers, liners and envelopes tier III unless noted. If one of the following letters appear above the color, that is the only form that color or pattern is available in. C=Layers, P=Pockets, L=Liners, E=Envelopes
Get a design quote online
We will review your request and provide you with an estimate based on the amount of information you provide, usually within one business day. All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of submission and are subject to change. Printing pricing quotes are only valid for 2 weeks unless otherwise specified. Only proposals that are agreed upon by both parties and signed by the customer will result in any charges.
The more we know about your project, the better we can provide you with an accurate quote. Please fill out the form as completely as possible. Let us know what is the best method of contact so we can send you your requested quote.
