1. The Concept.  Choose your design, pick your quantity, supply your email address, add to your cart, and checkout.

2. The Design Brief.  Click the Design Brief below to enter your Personalized Information or Within 2-6 Business Hours, you will be emailed by the Designer with a Customization Design Brief in order to get your personalized information for your stationery ordered. 

3. The Approval.  Once you’ve completed the Design Brief, your design will be set and emailed to you within 2-3 business days for approval. Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your order.  Additional revisions will cost $5 for another 2 rounds.  You'll work one-on-one with our Designer to perfect your invitation. NOTHING IS PRINTED UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE PROOF!

4. The Production.  Once your design is approved, your invitation will then be sent through production, printed and shipped to you.  Printing takes 5-10 Business Days (current demands, assembly, envelope printing, upgrades, and varying printing methods could affect this time).  Your invitations will be packaged and shipped to the shipping address you provide during checkout.  You will receive a notification once they have shipped.   

*IF THE CHOICE OF DIGITAL PRINTING WAS SELECTED, your stationery will be emailed to you right after the approval. You will receive the following files: JPG and PDF.

Turnaround times can vary based on the current workload.

We will 'copy' and 'paste' the wording you provide to ensure its accuracy so please be sure and submit the wording exactly as you’d like it to view on the invitation.

Our invitations are flat printed on our Standard card stock with a slight gloss with the option to select one of our Signature or Premium papers.  

~STANDARD~  

Our Standard paper, which is a bright white 110# card stock with a smooth finish, is our most popular paper and is our Standard Paper Stock.  It comes in a Matte or Semi-Gloss finish.

 

~SIGNATURE~  

Our Signature paper comes in your choice of 2 different papers options:

Premium Matte: This is a true white, luxuriously thick 150 # card stock with a rich, tactile feel similar to that of an eggshell. More than twice as thick as a standard greeting card, this is paper usually reserved for fine stationery.

Soft-Touch Matte: This is similar to the Premium Matte but with a soft suede-like finish.

 

~PREMIUM~  

Our Premium paper comes in your choice of 3 different paper options:

Pearl Shimmering: This is our fabulous luxe 110 # card stock with a subtle champagne, pearlescent metallic base that gives off a warm, shimmery look.  This paper looks amazing with our glittery designs.

Bamboo:  This is our matte, eco-friendly 150 # card stock with a subtle texture.

Linen:  This premium paper is a bright white 110 # paper with a classic texture and matte finish.  This paper is perfect for wedding stationery.

These have the option to have a Magnetic or Sticker Backing. Select these options on the Design Brief or send us an email if you are interested in these options.

All of our invitations are able to be ordered as a Suite. Our Suites are perfect for Weddings or any Event with that Luxury Touch! If you would like to order this invitation as a suite, please indicate on the Design Brief above. No payment is due at this time. An invoice will be sent to you.

OUR SIGNATURE SUITE

Invitations are digitally printed on our 120 lb. Standard Paper with the option to upgrade to one of our Signature or Premium Paper Stocks.

Your suite includes the mailing envelopes, a Stationery Insert Option (options listed below), and a matching Event Website with the RSVP Platform. Other Upgrades, Embellishments, and Add-ons are available as well. We can build you a Custom Suite based on your needs.

An e-proof will be sent to you. Our Graphic Designer will create a personalized digital e-proof for your approval before printing. Digital Printable means you can purchase this card and we will customize it and email it to you as a PDF & JPG. This option is usually chosen if you will be emailing the stationery or you want to print them yourself. Note: This option is front side design only. You do not receive printed cards nor envelopes with this option.

Use PDF for printing on your paper choice and JPG for web, text, or email. When printing yourself, we recommend taking your file to a professional printing service or printing on a high-quality printer to receive the best results. (When viewing the files on an iPad or iPhone, the colors may appear slightly different). This is because the PDF uses a CMYK color profile and the JPG uses an RGB color profile.

SHIPPING

All stationery packages ship FREE in the United States and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, US delivery takes between 1-4 business days.

International Customers: We ship International!  However, the Free Shipping included with this listing is for our US customers ONLY.  ALL international customers MUST pay the additional shipping cost.

 

RETURNS

Once your announcement has started customization and production, a refund can not be given.  Please make sure that you check your proof for spelling errors as well as make sure your event information is correct because once the proof is approved and sent to the printer, production can not be stopped.
