We’ll collaborate closely to understand your vision, develop a bespoke design that aligns with your theme, and incorporate luxurious details like premium paper, stunning embellishments, and intricate printing techniques.

Included In Every Custom Package
​​Providing an Exclusive, 1-on-1 Collaborative Experience. From the first consultation to the final proof, your Personal Designer works with you every step of the way. We bring your vision to life, offering guidance, expertise, and creativity to craft a suite that perfectly reflects your story and wedding aesthetic.
All of our stationery is printed on premium 120 lb. Signature Paper. You have a choice of one of our premium papers which offers unmatched quality, with a smooth yet substantial feel that sets the tone for your big day.
After booking one of our Custom Suites, you'll receive a welcome box with a full sample kit that includes some of our high quality paper samples, envelope colors, and embellishment samples.
​​Each custom package includes your own personal branding logo. This Unity Insignia can be used on things such as gifts, wax seals, displayed by a projector onto your reception floor, used in video displays at your event, or even as a custom signature to your joint email address. You will receive the file to use however you would like.
Each of our packages include unlimited design proofing. You are allowed 2 design layout changes with unlimited revisions until you are completely happy about the stationery set that will be the first glimpse your guest will have into your spectacular day.
Each of our packages includes custom design and artwork. This means, your stationery was created with your vision in mind. Just let us know the what you want and we will bring it to life!
Whether you are ordering our Semi Custom Suite that includes 4 pieces or one of our Custom Design Suites which includes 5 pieces, you are getting more than just an invitation for your guest. A 5 piece suite includes the invitation, rsvp card, and a details card plus the rsvp envelope and outer envelope. We will guide you through every step of the process. That’s why we are your very own PERSONAL DESIGNER!
Each of our Custom Suites include a Keepsake Suite, a timeless memento to cherish for years to come, reminding you of the magic of your wedding day. This suite can be used in your wedding photos as well.
All of our Custom Suite Packages will ship for free. If you choose to upgrade to our Assembly & Mailing services where we mail each invitation to your guests, the price to mail each envelope is included in the suite package.

The Process
IT IS BEST TO START THIS PROCESS AT LEAST 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.
Begin by submitting an inquiry form. We’ll follow up with a few questions to understand your vision and needs, and invite you to schedule a call if you’d like. If you have a specific design or vision in mind, we can create a fully custom suite tailored to your event. Feel free to browse our Semi Custom Collection to find a design that aligns with your theme, and we’ll discuss how to personalize it to match your style.
We’ll provide a custom design board with inspiration and ideas for your suite, along with package options at different price points. Take your time to review, ask questions, and select the package that best suits your needs. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a quote for your stationery design. There’s no pressure to finalize upgrades or design choices upfront—we’ll collaborate throughout the process and make adjustments as needed.
After reviewing your proposal, you can make any adjustments as needed. Once you’ve selected your package, secure your spot on our schedule by submitting a 50% retainer and signing the contract. This confirms your booking and reserves your date for all stationery items. Once everything is finalized, we’ll move forward with the design process. Let’s get started!
Once your vision is clear and your spot is secured, I will begin creating a design that aligns with your ideas. You’ll receive mock-ups based on your input or the chosen Studio Collection. Timelines, typically ranging from 1-3 weeks, will be provided before the agreement is signed.

After the main invitation is approved, I will design the rest of your suite to match. You’ll receive the first round of proofs for review, where you can approve or request revisions. We can adjust colors, fonts, backgrounds, and more until you have a suite that is perfect for you.

Please provide feedback within 2 business days to ensure we stay on schedule.
Once your suite is perfect and you’ve approved your entire suite, we’ll move forward with bringing your vision to life. Please note, no items will be printed until all designs are fully approved. Your designs will be sent to production & printed. The production process typically takes 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your suite, including any embellishments, add-ons, and printing methods.
Now, you’re all set to invite your guests to your unforgettable event! We will handle the assembly and shipping for you. If you prefer to ship them out yourself, we will ship all items to you.
